Sokcho and Goseong bring together sea, mountains, varied housing and everyday commercial districts. With a local licensed real estate agent as your guide, you look at the location and surroundings of properties and experience the region's nature, culture, food and daily life in a stay-over local exploration program.

SAMPLE ROUTE

DAY 1 — Coastal road

From Sokcho to Goseong, living spaces along the sea

Rodeo Street → D'Ocean Xi area → Bongpo and Aya-jin → Seonang Rock → Jukdo Sea Sky Trail → Songjiho Lake → local food and culture

DAY 2 — Mountains and lakes

A day with mountains, lakes and the city's living environment

Cheongchoho Lake → Expo Plaza → planned KTX station area → foot bath park → Yeongnangho Lake → Sokcho Central Market

Along the way you look at different types of property, including actual listings, and a local licensed agent explains the surroundings and daily-life area so you understand the place more deeply.
